BUG Error removing related user

Fixed an error that prevented the deletion of related users from competitors.

Update Re-entering teams competitions

Changed entries so that teams can re-enter additional teams after their initial entry. Up until now the system would only allow multiple teams to be entered during the intial checkout.

New Feature Venue Displays

Display screens are now available for use around venues. You can show the current competitor number or the progress of sections on any internet connected screen.

Update Event Deletion

Deleting events now deletes all sections and entries linked to it at the same time.
