New Feature Join an organisation

Update New Sign in and Create an account pages
Redesigned sign in and sign up screens, with a show-password option. Read more
New Feature Sign in with a myStage ID
Accounts linked to a myStage ID are taken to the myStage ID sign-in page, and you can link an existing account that uses the same email. Read more

Update Redesigned home page and event pages
The home page lists events that are open and opening soon. Event pages have a cover photo, description and a map of the venue.
Update Complete your profile
New myStage ID accounts are asked for date of birth, account type and to accept the terms before reaching their profile. Read more

New Feature Section instructions and age ranges
Section instructions are shown while you choose sections, and sections show the age range they are open to.

Fix Removed related users still showing
People you've removed no longer appear in a competitor's Related Users list. Read more

Update Critiques on your profile
Once results are released, View Crits appears on your entries and the printable critique has been improved.

New Feature Access levels when sharing a profile
Choose how much access someone has when you share a competitor profile, and whether they receive critiques. Read more

A progress bar shows while your files upload, and you're only asked questions for upcoming entries. Read more

Fixed an error that prevented the deletion of related users from competitors.

Update Re-entering teams competitions
Changed entries so that teams can re-enter additional teams after their initial entry. Up until now the system would only allow multiple teams to be entered during the intial checkout.

New Feature OBS livestream overlay
A transparent display type for livestreams, showing the competitor number, clock, logos and section, with an idle scene between sessions. Read more
Update Displays update instantly
Displays now update straight away, show a reconnecting screen if the connection drops, and can be previewed from the Displays list. Read more
Update TryBooking importer and import errors
The TryBooking importer links competitors to your organisation correctly, and import errors are shown clearly. Read more

Section data downloads are prepared in the background, pre-built for sections in the next 7 days, and can resume if interrupted. Read more

New Feature Read-only questions and a new question editor
Registration questions have a redesigned editor with a preview, a read-only option and a large file (up to 5 GB) option. Read more
New Feature Comment-only critiques
Critiques can be comments only, without scores, for a whole section or a single entry. Read more
Update Importers accept Excel
All importers accept Excel files as well as CSV. The TryBooking importer matches competitors by email and creates or links user accounts. Read more
Update Organisation roles
Security roles are now given per organisation, in the Organisation Roles section of the user edit screen. Read more
New Feature Storage plans
Your plan page shows your hosting and storage plans and the last 12 months of usage. Read more
Update Copy results: first name and initial
Copy for Facebook can show names as Firstname Initial, as well as Initial Surname or Full name. Read more

Update Uploaded files are deleted after the event
Uploaded files are deleted automatically 30 days after the event ends. You can change this under Organisation, Edit, Data Retention. Read more

Create an event, its items, sections and registration questions in one flow, from scratch or copied from an existing event. Read more
Update Redesigned admin dashboard
Event cards, summary tiles and a New/Classic toggle. Admins now go straight to the dashboard after signing in. Read more
New Feature Organisation sign up
Organisations can sign up to host competitions themselves, with a welcome banner and an Account Setup checklist. Read more

Entry open and close times use your organisation's timezone. Read more
New Feature Event administrator role
Give a user access to specific events, with optional start and end dates, from Grant Access on the event page. Read more
New Feature Skip registration
The Allow registration skip setting adds a Stage-Ready button, so timing and results can run without registration. Read more
Update Codesets renamed to Reference Data
Codesets are now called Reference Data and are grouped in a sidebar. Read more

Copying an event no longer copies its dates. A new Team Entries report shows competitors per team. Read more
